The 7 Days Of Sound festival (in Leamington Spa, UK) is hosting a screening of Net Artist Music videos, curated by me. This is an continuation of a Rhizome submission I put together last August of the same name, featuring music videos created and collaborated by net artists and online creatives from around the world (many of whom are on Tumblr), as well as VJ sets from Antonio Roberts (hellocatfood) and Michael Lightborne.
The selection here will not only demonstrate the talents of individual creatives, but also include examples where internet and computer culture have also had an influence in developing styles and identities related to the online world and where these influences have been taken to in the world of music videos.
